Our Transportation department only deals with queries about the car parks in the District.

If your query is about on street parking, including irresponsible parking or anti social parking, please contact the South Essex Parking Partnership, who are responsible for the administration of all on street parking enforcement in Rochford, by email parking@chelmsford.gov.uk or telephone 01245 606710

If your query is about highway defects, the majority of issues are the responsibility of Essex County Council. They are responsible for road safety, road works, lining and signing, road maintenance, street lighting, road adoption, school crossing controls, safety cameras, gritting, snow and ice clearance and requests for yellow-lines etc - please contact Essex County Council Highways section on 0845 6037631, email highways.southarea@essex.gov.uk or report an issue on line here
